Wine Packaging Solutions
How we approach the five briefs we see most often: structure, board, insert and the checks that keep a run consistent.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles vary in height, shoulder profile, diameter and filled weight. We size inserts from physical bottle samples, not stated capacity, so the bottle stays put through transit and on the shelf.

Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside door surface into print space for origin, vintage, serving notes, or a client message. For corporate gifting, this opening moment is part of the product. Our engineering attention goes to door alignment and bottle retention before decoration.

Foldable Export Wine Box
Rigid boxes present well but occupy container space. In export, empty packaging often arrives at a local warehouse first and is filled to a sales schedule, occupying racking the whole time. Buyers compare unit price, but the carton count of empty packs is what drives storage difference.

Multi-Bottle and In-Store Packing
Retail and seasonal volume packs invert the gift-box brief. Structure, stacking and cost come first. When packing happens in store, operator handling becomes part of the design problem. We treat load path, base construction, handle folds and divider alignment as transit problems, not decoration decisions.

Sustainable Wine Packaging
Swapping EVA for a recycled material and changing nothing else is the common mistake. Paper-based inserts have less rebound and lower surface precision, so the structure has to compensate with neck capture, base support, four-point contact and angled location. Get the structure right and the material gap matters much less.
