A wine shipping box fails when the bottle moves. We build custom corrugated shippers and rigid boxes around your bottle dimensions, with inserts that hold the neck and shoulder at four points. Transit testing happens before the order ships.

Online consultation

Send your bottle dimensions or a sample, reference design, quantity, and any special requirements. We confirm the best board grade, structure, and insert type for your route.

Design confirmation

Our team turns your brief into a production file. You approve the structure, dimensions, and print layout before anything goes to plate.

Plate making and proofing

We make plates and produce a proof for your sign-off. This locks colours and print position before the run.

Machine printing

Facing paper is printed on automated presses. Pantone matching and first-article approval keep colour consistent, especially on black, deep blue, and burgundy.

Machine lamination

Printed sheets are laminated to protect the surface. The lamination also adds stiffness before the board is cut and creased.

Machine box making

Greyboard is cut, creased, and formed on box-making lines. Foldable boxes are checked so creases do not crack and corners hold 90 degrees when erected.

Hand assembly

Inserts, magnets, handles, and closures are fitted by hand. Bottle fit is checked at four contact points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder.

Quality inspection and packing

Each order gets in-house checks: a 1.2 m six-face drop test with a bottle loaded, 40 kg top load for 24 hours, and vibration simulation. Then we pack for air, sea, or express.

Two Sample Types

A blank sample shows the structure, insert fit, and closure before printing. A printed sample shows the final colours, paper, and finishing. We recommend a blank sample first for new structures, then a printed sample to approve the visual.
