About Jialan Package

Who we are

The legal entity behind this site is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Jialan Package is our brand name. We were founded in 2014 and are based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. This site presents our range for the core term wine shipping boxes.

We work with customers in over 30 countries, including Europe and North America. Our role is to design and manufacture packaging that performs in transit, not just on a shelf. We focus on structure, material, and fit.

What we make

Our product range covers wine boxes and wine bags. Boxes include wooden, cardboard/rigid, leather, shipping boxes, and gift boxes. Bags include paper, felt/canvas, leather, and Christmas styles.

For shipping, we offer corrugated wine shippers and rigid wine boxes. Structures include rigid lid-and-base, magnetic closure, drawer, foldable, double-door, and boxes with handles. Inserts include velvet trays, EVA foam, blister, and paper mould.

Common materials are greyboard with specialty paper, kraft paper, white card, gold/silver cardboard, flocked paper, and leather-textured paper. We specify greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g recommended for spirits, and facing paper at 157 g minimum.

How we work with buyers

We support OEM/ODM projects from design to delivery. The process starts with an online consultation. You can send box dimensions or a bottle sample, reference design, quantity, and special requirements.

We offer two sample types: a blank sample to check structure and a printed sample to check visuals. We provide sample before mass production. Payment can be by T/T or PayPal, and shipping by air, sea, or express.

Our control tolerances are plus or minus 1 mm for inserts and plus or minus 2 mm for box body. For foldable boxes, creases must not crack, magnet position is plus or minus 1 mm, and corners are 90 degrees when erected.

Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with bottle loaded, stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. We check that there is no internal movement.
