Single-Bottle Wine Boxes
Single-bottle wine boxes are the workhorse of direct shipments, tasting room sales, and corporate gifting. A one-bottle box has to do two jobs: keep the bottle intact through courier handling and make the right impression at the door. We build them as either corrugated shippers or rigid presentation boxes, depending on what matters more for your route.
Because there is only one bottle, the insert does most of the protective work. We hold the bottle at four points, never by the neck or shoulder alone. The box body and insert are controlled to tight tolerances so the bottle does not shift, rattle, or impact the sides during transit.
How to Choose a Single-Bottle Box
Start with the shipping method. If the box goes through parcel networks, a corrugated shipper with a moulded pulp or EVA insert is usually the safer choice. If it is handed over directly or sold on a shelf, a rigid box with a magnetic or drawer closure adds perceived value.
Match the insert to the bottle shape. Burgundy and sparkling bottles have different shoulders and diameters. We adjust the cavity to the exact bottle sample or dimensions, keeping the neck and shoulder free of pressure while holding the body firmly.
Decide on print and finishing early. A single solid colour with a foil logo is easier to hold consistent than a full-wrap photo print. If you need deep black, navy, or burgundy, we run first-article approval and mid-run sampling because those colours drift the most.

Can I get a single-bottle box that works for both shipping and gifting?
Yes. Many buyers use a corrugated shipper with a printed liner or a rigid box with a foldable structure. The insert stays the same, but the outer material changes the presentation.
What insert options do you offer for one bottle?
We offer velvet trays, EVA foam, blister, and paper mould inserts. Each is cut to the bottle profile and held to plus or minus 1 mm so the bottle does not move in transit.
How do you check that a single-bottle box protects the bottle?
Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottle loaded, a 40 kg stacking test for 24 hours, and vibration simulation for truck and sea freight. The bottle must not shift or release.
